To maximize the ability of shareholders to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting, the DLH Board of Directors has directed that the 2025 Annual Meeting be held as a "hybrid meeting" which means that we will host the meeting at the offices of Becker & Poliakoff, 45 Broadway, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10006, and also enable remote participation, including voting, via the Internet. Accordingly, you will be able to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting virtually and vote and submit questions by visiting this website.
